Data and purposes
We process your name, email, optional phone number, project description and uploaded materials to respond and prepare a quote. For purchases, we process your email, purchase information and payment status to deliver the PDF and provide support. The website does not receive your full card number.
Legal bases
Handling enquiries and orders is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract or on performance of a contract. Keeping legally required records is based on legal obligations. Security and fraud-prevention records are processed for legitimate interests.
Services used
Netlify hosts the website and processes enquiry forms. Stripe processes payments. Namecheap hosting provides PDF-delivery and business-email infrastructure. Cal.com is used for consultation bookings. Website fonts may load from Google Fonts, transmitting technical request data. Providers have different roles and may act as independent controllers for some activities.
Retention and international processing
We retain data as needed to handle enquiries, perform contracts, defend claims and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable GDPR safeguards must cover such transfers. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive information unnecessary for assessing your project.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate.
Withdrawal notices
The withdrawal form’s name, email, purchase identification, notice content and receipt time are stored privately on Namecheap hosting to fulfil consumer-law duties and handle the claim. Confirmation is emailed to you and our business inbox. Abuse prevention uses a temporary session cookie and daily request counters containing cryptographically transformed IP addresses and emails. These are not used for advertising. Notices and correspondence are retained for the time needed to handle the claim and meet applicable legal duties and protect legal claims.
